people will feel that some kind of privilege is involved, and if they're f2p they'll might conclude that the privilege is due to being p2p. they dangle significantly superior/desirable bait and play keep-away. Imho, their business model pretty much invites those kind of reviews. they may be more mild on the average day. Idk, when you see hate reviews like that, i think you're probably just catching people while they're raging and they are suddenly really motivated to write a blasting review after some rng totally screwed them.
